WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested a White Plains man on Monday, Oct. 6, for worker's compensation fraud. Jose Rivero, 33, was charged with offering false instrument for filing in the first degree and insurance fraud in the third degree, both felonies.
