The White Plains Cares Coalition and the City of White Plains Youth Bureau are teaming up with CVS-White Plains and Sunshine Pharmacy this October to ask local businesses to go Tobacco-Free and to sell responsibly as part of Red Ribbon Month. Red Ribbon is a national event celebrated annually during the month of October.
