Astorino Appoints New Westchester County Mental Health Commissioner

County Executive Robert P. Astorino announced Friday the appointment of Dr. Mark Herceg, a lifelong Westchester resident, as the new Commissioner of Community Mental Health. Herceg, who starts on Feb. 2, is currently the Director of Neuropsychology at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains.
