WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. The Westchester County Board of Legislators began discussion of the Children's Product Safety Act, which prohibits the sale of toys that contains certain dangerous chemicals, during a joint meeting of the BOL Community Services Committee and BOL Legislation Committee on Monday. The bill was introduced in September by Legislator Catherine Borgia and several co-sponsors.
