Former White Plains Councilwoman Nancy Wallace and her husband, Bruce A. Wallace, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Dec. 26. The couple lived in White Plains for 53 years, finally relocating to Nancy Wallace's hometown of Marblehead, Mass., at the end of 2012. Wallace was a graduate of Smith College.
