Former Archbishop Stepinac High School varsity basketball coach and White Plains native Andrew Smith has been promoted from director of compliance to assistant athletic director for compliance at Fordham University. Smith has served with the Fordham Athletic Compliance Office since March of 2011 when he was hired to serve as the Director of Compliance.
