GREENBURGH, N.Y. White Plains and Greenburgh police officers responded to an assault the victim alleges happened in a Knollwood Road parking lot after a New Year's Eve party. The victim was a 39-year-old man who suffered head trauma after being struck in the head numerous times with a blunt object, police said.
