'Highly Intoxicated' Woman, 20, Faces Forgery Charges for Using Fake ID

Two New York residents were arrested in a New Year's Day incident in which a man pushed an underage woman who police said was highly intoxicated. Officers on routine patrol witnessed Andrew Gelston, 24, of White Plains, New York, push Gina Dellagala, 20, of Hopewell, New York, up against a wall in front of 977 Farmington Avenue on Jan. 1, according to a police press release.
