WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. El Centro Hispano is holding a graduation ceremony on Thursday at 7 p.m. at El Centro Hispano for 53 individuals from the community who recently completed a 16-week, 64-hour cycle of computer training. The graduates will receive three certificates of completion from officials of Westchester County, the City of White Plains and El Centro Hispano.
