The League of Women Voters of White Plains will be honoring Libby Hollahan, executive director of the White Plains Public Library foundation, at its annual winter party on Sunday, Feb. 8. It will be held at the home of Janice Abbott and Richard Bernstein at 177 Soundview Avenue from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. As director, Hollahan is currently working to support the Library's long term and current program needs. She has brought in major funding for programs, building projects and technology.
