SCARSDALE, N.Y. A White Plains woman was arrested on drug charges in Scarsdale after police found her asleep and slumped over in the front seat of her car over the weekend. Shortly after midnight on Saturday, Sonia Alfenas, 21, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of a hypodermic instrument on Saturday morning after police spotted the contraband while performing a traffic stop.
