Retired White Plains Police Officer Glen Hochman killed his two daughters, Alyssa and Deanna Hochman, Saturday and then killed himself, according to police. "The department is shocked and horrified by the news of this unfathomable tragedy," White Plains Public Safety Commissioner David Chong said in a statement, as quoted by The Journal News .
