The federal trial of the state Senate's deputy majority leader will wait until after New York's legislative session is scheduled to end. Sen. Thomas Libous, R-Binghamton, was in federal court in White Plains on Tuesday, where a judge rejected his request to move his trial upstate but agreed to push it back.
