According to White Plains resident Dalia Strum, a professor at The Fashion Institute of Technologyin New York City, expect the "safe" LBD along with the usual glitz, glam and sparkle. "The recent release of 'Cinderella' is going to be a strong point of inspiration for a majority of the red carpet outfits," she predicts.
