From the USTA: WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., April 6, 2015 - The USTA today announced that Martin Blackman has been named General Manager, USTA Player Development. In this full-time position, Blackman will oversee the USTA's Player development staff and partner with the U.S. tennis community to identify and develop the next generation of world-class American tennis players.
