A suburban mother who blogged for years about her son's poor health has been sentenced to 20 years to life for poisoning him to death with salt. Lacey Spears, 27, was convicted last month by a jury in White Plains, New York, of second-degree murder in the 2014 death of five-year-old Garnett.
