WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Drivers of oversized trucks traveling toward two Hutchinson River Parkway interchanges will now will be greeted with electronic signs advising them to pull over and wait for police, according to a press release by Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office. The electronic over-height vehicle detection system was completed to prevent oversized commercial trucks from hitting low bridges, Cuomo said.
