Just in time for spring, Westchester County Parks has announced the return of Bicycle Sundays on the Bronx River Parkway from Westchester County Center in White Plains to Scarsdale Road in Yonkers. Bicycle Sundays will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 3, 10, 17 and 31, June 7, 14, 21, 28 and Sept.
