Staff and students from Southern Westchester BOCES and emergency management and medical services agencies will participate in a mass casualty incident drill on Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 7 p.m. The incident will involve a fictitious gas leak inside a semi-occupied school building, Building #2 on the SWBOCES Center for Special Services Rye Lake campus in North White Plains.
