Two Patterson residents and one White Plains woman were charged with varying counts during a DWI enforcement detail on Route 22 in Dutchess County on Friday, Sept 19, officials said. Rose M. Scheer, 58, and Barbara A. Murphy, 57, both of Patterson, were charged with driving while intoxicated.
