WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. A Westchester County police sergeant was arrested and charged with DWI on Tuesday after police responded to a car accident on the Taconic State Parkway, according to LoHud.com. According to the New York State Police, Mario Guiliano, 46, of White Plains, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet at around 8:30 p.m. when his vehicle struck the rear of a Department of Transportation vehicle in a construction zone.
