The Really Terrible Orchestra of Westchester and The Dixieland Express Band will present an afternoon of holiday musical favorites for the White Plains community on December 13 at 2pm in the Community Room of the YMCA at 250 Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains, NY. "This is the first concert to kick off a new White Plains annual holiday tradition," says Tom Hay, Executive Director of the White Plains branch.
