PRLog - Nov. 25, 2014 - WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- KeyBank Foundation has awarded $3,500 in funding to support a White Plains Training Center for Home Health Aides which provides free classes and guaranteed employment to unemployed or under-employed women from low-income, minority groups. The Training Center, operated by Neighbors Home Care Services Agency, a program of Grace Church Community Center was opened in 2009 to address the severe shortage of trained Home Health Aides in Westchester County.
