A Yonkers resident and a White Plains resident were arrested by Greenburgh police Thursday in connection with a shooting incident in north Elmsford, according to authorities. No injuries were reported in shooting, in which the suspects fired about a half-dozen shots at a group of people outside of a house on Winthrop Avenue.
