Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced that Eric Hines of 34 Kensico Avenue, White Plains, New York pled guilty today to: On February 4, 2014 at approximately 12:52 a.m. in the vicinity of School and Harmon Streets, the defendant, hit the victim on the head with a glass vodka bottle causing the victim to fall to the ground, and then repeatedly punched and kicked the victim in the head. Two witnesses called 911, police responded quickly and the defendant was seen walking away from the location of the incident.
