White Plains resident Eric Hines, 33, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a felony count of first degree manslaughter in connection with the beating death of a man in February of last year. According to Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore, Hines "hit the victim on the head with a glass vodka bottle causing the victim to fall to the ground, and then repeatedly punched and kicked the victim in the head."
