A White Plains man pleaded guilty to one count of manslaughter on Tuesday, according to Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore. On Feb. 4, 2014, Eric Hines, 33, struck his victim in the head with a glass vodka bottle and proceeded to punch and kick the victim in the head while he lay on the ground, the district attorney said.
