An off-duty White Plains firefighter was driving the wrong way when he slammed into another car. Police say it was around 4:30 a.m. when off-duty White Plains firefighter Erik Refvik, 34, was driving the wrong way on South Lexington Avenue near The Galleria Mall and slammed broadside into a car at the intersection of Martine Avenue.
