Crane Road Bridge Demolition To Cause Late Night Noise in White Plains

SCARSDALE, N.Y. Homeowners in lower Westchester may soon hear some unusual banging and clanging in the middle of the night, as the county begins demolishing portions of the Crane Road Bridge over the Metro-North Harlem Line Railroad. As part of the elaborate Crane Road Bridge Project, crews resumed demolition on Monday, Nov. 17, and it is expected to last up to a month, with a short hiatus around the Thanksgiving holiday.
