A head-on collision involving an off-duty firefighter in White Plains on Monday morning has left one woman dead, according to News 12 Westchester. The accident occurred at approximately 5 a.m. on South Lexington Ave. near the Galleria Mall when the off-duty firefighter was driving the wrong way and slammed into a vehicle with two people inside who were reportedly delivering papers, News 12 Westchester reported.
