Eastern retail produce leader dies

Joe DeLorenzo, president of White Plains, N.Y.-based Alpha One Marketing Co./Krasdale Foods, died Nov. 12. He was 64. A two-time president of the Short Hills, N.J.-based Eastern Produce Council, DeLorenzo grew up in the retail produce industry, said John McAleavey, the council's executive director. "Joe was a great man," McAleavey said.
