Awaits Updated Environmental Information White Plains, NY - Entergy today withdrew the Coastal Zone Management Act consistency certification filed with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the New York State Department of State related to the license renewal application for the Indian Point Energy Center. The CZMA consistency certification only concerned state coastal management issues and its withdrawal does not affect Indian Point's other pending license renewal-related proceedings before the NRC and other tribunals.
