Politicians and business executives attended a grand opening and ribbon cutting Wednesday, Nov. 12, at La Gianna, a 56-unit luxury rental property located at 10 DeKalb Ave. in White Plains. Mayor Tom Roach, along with Craig Rosenman, David Mann of the Lighthouse Enterprises and Daten Group Development and architect Philip Fruchter, cut the ribbon on the new rental space.
