A Stamford woman has thrown open the doors at The First Press, a retailer specializing in olive oils, vinegars and artisan goods, at The Westchester in White Plains, N.Y. The store, owned by Heidi Burrows, is in the Neiman Marcus wing of the mall on retail level three, and the opening marks the retailer's first store in Westchester. The Westchester location joins the company's other related business, New Canaan Olive Oil.
