An off-duty White Plains firefighter was driving the wrong way when he slammed into another car. Police say it was around 5 a.m. when an off-duty White Plains firefighter was driving the wrong way on South Lexington Avenue near The Galleria Mall and slammed broadside into a car carrying a couple who was delivering papers.
