WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. ArtsWestchester's "Crossing Borders in Performance" series will continue through Saturday, March 28, in conjunction with its upcoming contemporary art exhibition "Crossing Borders: Memory and Heritage in a New America" on view from Tuesday, March 17 through Saturday, May 2. "Crossing Borders in Performance" will continue on Friday, March 20, at 8 p.m. with the Zem Audu Quartet, featuring Nigerian saxophonist Zem Audu, who explores the intersection of African music and jazz, in conversation with exhibiting artist Osi Audu. On Saturday, March 21, at 8 p.m., Monika Jalili will present a 20th-century Persian folk and popular music performance, plus a conversation with exhibiting artist Nazanin Hedayat Monroe.
