County Leaders Gather In White Plains To Honor ArtsWestchester

ArtsWestchester board members and representatives of cultural organizations gathered together with County Executive Rob Astorino and members of the Westchester County Board of Legislators to celebrate the long term partnership between government and the arts. The event took place Monday at BLT restaurant in White Plains.
