A Kentucky native living in Rockland County was convicted by a jury in White Plains of second-degree depraved murder on Monday for poisoning and killing her 5-year-old son with salt. Lacey Spears, 27, checked her son, Garnett Spears into Nyack hospital on Jan. 17, 2014 for seizures.
