WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Federal regulators should do a "deep dive" investigation aimed at reducing deaths and injuries at railroad crossings, a New York congressman said Tuesday. Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney said he will ask the Federal Railroad Administration this week to determine which grade crossings are the nation's most dangerous, how to eliminate some of them and what safety devices are most effective at preventing collisions.
